they just don't make 'em anymore like the old Extended Apple KBIIs. Hopefully it and the Griffin iMate continue to last for a very long time....6+ years and running so far together... over a decade on the Keyboard.

If all goes well - Griffin will be completing a special run for us in a few weeks... they'd sold out and indicated no plans to make more prior to our request.

You have the bucks. Go on and treat yourself to a Matias Tactilepro keyboard. Even has a working power button and two USB ports. Clicky clack, clicky clack, this keyboard is as real as they get.

At the risk of sounding ignorant, I'm gonna come in from left field and ask "OWC is going to offer a keyboard with those same mechanisms from the revered Apple and Matias ones?"
