I hate buy.com's new look

Yes, that is quite annoying.

I dislike Buy.com and Amazon.com because they have very poor product organization. Amazon is almost impossible for me to browse for products at. Unless you're searching for something, it's near useless. Buy.com is seeming to get that way.

yes, it's totally annoying. i stumbled on it a few days ago. made me quickly click away from the site in frustration.

Judging by my recent experiences, they've redesigned the site to lower people's expectations in regard to customer service.

Not just But.com but a lot of the Sunday circulars have gone to the Flash viewing which is annoying.

I usually choose view in HTML so I don't have to put up with it (when given the option)

Flash has become one of my greatest pet peeves in web design

I don't mind it at all.

No need to mouse over anything if you don't want to. There is some additional information on the rollovers.

There could be more, to make it worthwhile.
