LG or Frigidaire

The two top rated frontloaders are the LG and the Whirlpool.

We have had the frigidaire front loaders since Xmas 2002. The newer ones than ours have a larger door on the washer FWIW.

I have been using the Kenmore/Frigidaire for the past few years and it's fine. No objectionable noise, even in the fast spin cycle. Current Kenmore front loaders are Whirlpool except for a bottom-of-the-line Frigidaire that appears to be on close-out. (I shopped with a friend last weekend) Of course that information may be tainted by salesman representations.
