EDIT: Good find jdc
It's a good mouse, been using one since June. Does not seem to eat batteries either, I just replaced the originals. http://forums.macresource.com/read/1/539...msg-539043

And you can disregard the warning:
MouseWorks for MAC OS X (10.2.8 and higher) coming soon. Current version of MouseWorks does not recognize this mouse.

MouseWorks 3.0 http://us.kensington.com/html/1385.html#mac30 does recognize the mouse and I'm using it with 10.5.4 on a C2D Mini.

So, every six weeks or so you have to replace the batteries?

No, it was actually ten weeks on the original generic batteries. {June 2nd - Aug. 5th}

Well, I don't like changing batteries measured in months -- years, even -- so I'm out.

So which wireless, travel mouse have you found that can go years without needing new batteries?

Well, I wish there was one. I'd buy it.
Meantime I'm tethered to wired mice or just using the trackpad -- which I appreciate more since two-fingered scrolling came about.

I'd rather replace batteries than cables. I haven't faired so well with wired travel mice.
