I'm a bit upset about this. Not because Tata is the buyer, but because I had scheduled a stock purchase for Tata that took place overnight. My purchase ended up being less than I intended because of this announcement. Grrrr. I should go with my gut more often and just buy the stocks when I think I should instead of waiting on it.

It is easy if you're using ADRs. Otherwise it is a pain.
