My friend had a MBP (2.16 GHz, Core Duo, Leopard, XP Home).
When he attaches a 32 inch Sony HD via the VGA port, he can mirror the Mac screen just fine to the Sony HD (I don't think he has tried extending to it yet as a second screen). I am sure he will play more with the settings when booted in Leopard.
However, when he boots into PC with same setup, the Sony HD screen shows the XP startup screen up until the point where the users 'login screen' appears. From that point on, he cannot extend to the 2nd screen. The monitor control panel recognizes that there is another screen, but doesn't display anything on it. Ideas?
