Friend wants to upgrade from G4/1.25 single MDD.

although $100 more -- the 20" 2.4 with the ATI Radeon HD 2600 PRO with 256MB memory is a better choice
the 2.66 for $1300 + $100 for tax makes it the same cost as new after rebate (from amazon) with no tax

even $50 more for 2.0 -> 2.4 GHz seems worth it. (that's 400 MHz x 2 for those keeping score at home)
remember when going up from 400 MHz to 500 MHz cost way more than $50?

do the current 20" iMacs still have a lower quality screen
than the 24"? I remember much about this when the first Al-iMacs came out... |
