Steve Jobs, still not dead. Bloomberg accidentially publishes obituary

MPatHG reference, FTW.

And yes, it would creep me out knowing they had an obit ready for me while still alive. But there'd be a lot of things about being a celebrity or major public figure that would creep me out. o_O

[quote BigGuynRusty][quote SteveO]WTF?

This is my favorite graf from the linked article:

British folk/rock violinist Dave Swarbrick was killed off mistakenly by The Daily Telegraph in 1999 when they reported that his visit to hospital in Coventry had resulted in his death. On reading of his own death Swarbrick quipped: "It's not the first time I have died in Coventry".

Love that Brit humor! Do you mean "Gaffe"?
Love that American lack of education!

Graf = paragraph, genius. Now go put your other foot in your mouth. And a gaffe is a socially awkward or even embarrassing remark, misjudgement or action -- not a self-deprecating joke like this Dave Swarbrick fellow made above.

To put it into context for you as you clearly appear to need it: ironically, your post above would qualify as a gaffe. So now you know what both graf and gaffe mean. Congrats! (That is short for "congratulations," btw.) Hopefully your American education will continue serving you well.
