Sorry to hear that. It's never a good time to lose a loved one and the day before election day is probably especially tough for Obama. Maybe his busy schedule will help him through it.

My husband told me just a few minutes ago. So sad that it had to happen the day before the election.

Just think of how much stress Obama and his family have been under, waiting to see the outcome of the election and at the same time knowing this news was inevitable. It is very sad news, the Obamas must be on emotional overload at this point.
