Ohio IG - JTP's Records search improper
#1
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081121/ap_o...er_records

"The report looked into 18 background checks into Samuel J. Wurzelbacher, a Toledo-area man known as Joe the Plumber. He became a household name in the final weeks of the presidential campaign after asking Obama about his tax plan at a campaign stop near Toledo.

Eight of the checks were done without any legitimate business purpose, the report said. Charles recommended tighter policies on access to confidential information in state computer databases.

The findings have been forwarded to the Franklin County prosecutor's office in Columbus
."

Helen Jones-Kelley got a slap on the wrist. One month unpaid suspension. Wow. She should have been fired!

JTP should sue everyone of them. I hope he does and I hope he wins.

If JoeThePlumbersHelper® wins a judgement will they garnish the settlement to pay his back taxes ?

Campaigns through the ages, of all parties, have used that tactic. The woman should be appropriately disciplined--though I doubt swampy would be satisfied unless she was burned at the stake, with shredded public records as tinder.

Turnabout is fair play. GTP should be allowed to pillage through that woman's private affairs and make public whatever he sees fit to print.

Either that or a PPV Cage Match between the two of them, all proceeds go to charity.

Creative sentencing is sooo en vogue, I should be a judge.

As long as it was just Democrats looking it should be ignored.
If those nasty peaking Publicans were doing any looking there should be Guantanamo time.

I have every confidence that Ohio followed the law and policy in this case. The current governor has my confidence. Even though he's a Democrat.

:banghead: that hurt to say that :banghead:

I don't doubt it, but even Swampy would have given an example, if not a link.

His back taxes have already been paid. Please go find your own link. I don't have time.

You could google "Richard M. Nixon," kj. Or "Enemies List." or "Lee Atwater." or "Alberto Gonzales." There are plenty of dirty tricks to go around in the GOP.
