The one part of the whole subprime equation that I never really understood, is where is Joe going to live after he walks away from the underwater loan/house? [/quote

I believe BO will supply him a home to live in on the backs of the"others". A land where no one wants for anything. Fulfillment-- all will be supplied.

First I corrected your quoting so that your words are not being attributed to me.

Second, my question was about this sub-prime crisis as it currently exists, you know the one that caused President George W. Bush to tell the tax payers that he needed $700 Billion of their dollars to fix (you could buy 3.5 Million $200K homes for that money). This was back around the end of September, long before the election results were in.

But since you seem to know that earlier this year when those people were defaulting on their mortgages and the banks were foreclosing on their houses, that the owners somehow were informed that Obama will become the next President and he will give them a house once he's in office, could you maybe address my question and let us know where all of these people are living in the mean time until they get their free house from Obama?

Obama will also have a huge supply of Cadillacs to give away. I think he will have a cabinet position for Oprah, who will implement the program.

You know that's not too far off from a crazy idea I've had about how to solve multiple problems at once if we're going to be spending all of this money.

Bring the troops home from Iraq, give each of them a foreclosed house with an American made car in the driveway, with a bumper sticker that says We Really Do Support the Troops, Mission Accomplished.

Yeah but only give the houses and SUVs to the National Guard guys, the ones who got really screwed with involuntary conscription and extended deployment. Like we always did before, let the volunteers fend for themselves.

The National Guard isn't voluntary? That's news to me. Mikey. When did they change the rules? Gotta link? (of course you don't, that would imply you also had a brain).

I was addressing the issue of who got screwed most by your guy. It wasn't the regulars, it was the weekend warriors.

Hey, swampy, don't you have some bacon you need to be frying up in a pan?

The heroic people who volunteered for the National Guard had no idea that their "Commander-in-Chief" would turn out to be an idiot, a liar, and a coward.
