What's a good typeface for a letter o' praise?

I'm writing a letter of praise to a large corporation, and I need an appropriate typeface.

The praise is effusive, the letter is between 1-2 pages long, and design is very important to this company.

What'd work, here?

Just keep it simple and clean. Use something like Apple's corporate communications as your guide and you can't go wrong. Unless the letter is to Apple, then you should make it look a little different.
