I never watched it, but I am thinking of renting them now that I keep hearing so much about it. It was like a secret or something, or maybe I just don't pay enough attention.

very good show. well written and played. Now with Jay filling the 10P slot on NBC, there'll be almost no reason to keep cable.

BL was one of my "never miss" shows - at times I disagreed with the positions taken, but I loved the characters - I'm sorry to see it go.

. . .it started to get a bit too soapboxy and 'ranty' toward the end. . .

I will definitely miss it. One of few shows I wouldn't miss lately and one of the funniest.

I won't miss it.
It was overall very enjoyable, but as mentioned in a previous thread, David Kelly got a little distracted and some of the dialog resembled MRF diatribe, becoming what appeared to be a soapbox for Mr. Kelly. There were some great performances, some inspired dialog, and chances taken with Denny and Alan that probably has some folks gaydar pinging like crazy. I'll watch the finale tonight and see if they exited with a graceful blend of style and substance or went kookbiscuit. It was fun; we'll always have the baclony; good night, Gracie.

I want the spin-off they keep joking about!

I watch it every Sunday. Right before Star Trek.
