I was making a simple purchase and the MR site couldn't verify me.

Fine I open a new account but that won't fly because they already have one for my email address. I try all possible (X3) combinations of passwords I use and no go so I ask them to email me my password.

They reply no such account.

So I can't register a new account, can't access an old account and can't get a password sent to my email that exists in one place but not in another. Good thing I'm not in a hurry.

BTW, I finished the purchase using a back up mail address, it was simpler than fixing the original problem.
