I saw something like this on the TV show Smash Lab except they used a spray on truck bed liner, Rhino brand I think. The test involved a concrete block house sprayed inside and out with this truck bed liner, then a car packed with 12 pounds of dynamite was detonated within a few feet of the front door. The building survived the blast but was damaged, some of the block had crumbled within the sprayed liner, but none of the walls collapsed because the liner held it all together.
