The religious right has taken over the Board (half of it, anyway), and that's exactly why they would consider doing this. Making a derogatory remarks about an entire state with a population of many millions is pretty Dakota-esque if you ask me.

That's a Texas sized pile of mule shit. I live in a civilized part of the nation with this discussion would never rise above an anthill.
