When did Howard Stern (radio personality not bombshell model enabler) become irrelevant
#1
I saw a report of one of the Tea Party protests in Chicago and heard a "baba booie" yelled in the background.

Howard was on the radio in Chicago for a while and he must have had incredible PR people because his name was always popping up in the papers and on the news. Mentions about him, his opinion on things, etc.

Since he went to satellite, I just NEVER here his name anymore.

Is he still working, alive, or whatever?

His relevancy can be seen by the significant drop in ratings of the majority of radio stations he was on before leaving for satellite. Most have lost significant ratings points and ad revenue. And it can't be blamed on the economy, since it happened long before the economy tanked.

Listening to Howard Stern's radio show (like pop music) is a guilty pleasure many people do not care to admit to. His relevance is undeniable except to the smug.

Yeah, sorta like pay TV. Who would pay for TV?

I guess it depends on what relevant means. I listen several times a week - and the show remains entertaining. His five-year contract is up for renewal at Sirius next year - will be interesting to see what he does.

There is only ONE Howard Stern.
The killer of Anna Nicole is properly referred to as "Howard K. Stern."
Allegedly.
