After hearing all the favorable comments regarding TJ's potstickers first here on the forum, and then after having brought them to our family get-together a couple of weeks ago, I decided to bring them to a party at my wife's friend's house yesterday. Man, they went over in a big way. Folks were gobbling them up and asking for the recipe. "Well, first you go down the frozen food aisle at Trader Joe's, then you buy the ones you want, bring them home and follow the directions on the bag."
I happened to find some interesting dipping sauces at the local discount store, and they were also very well received.
So my personal thanks, and a big thank you from my family and my wife's friends for that great recommendation. I have a feeling I'll be bringing them to any future function we may go to.
Oh yeah, thanks also for the reminder in this thread about not mixing drinks. The party yesterday was at the scene of the crime and this time I had only one Mike's Hard Lemonade before I noticed this little gem on the deck.
Nothing like frozen margarita's when it's effectively an open bar. Unfortunately, whether you mix or not, too much of a good thing can cause regrets in the morning. :drink:
