I fully expect a ton of civil actions against the feeder funds for violation of their fiduciary responsibility.

My hopes were that the at least part network of money handlers with whom he dealt with were to be brought in as well, but you know that they have plausible denial on their side (as that is how the system is structured). Too bad, as I would think that more money would have been recovered for the folks who got ripped off.
I agree about the hard labor, but the way he looks, it would be a 1 week term that would evolve into in a death sentence.
