I remember it well. Just 2 hour in line ATT for me, and a real seminal day for Apple!!

Loved my original iPhone, and loving my 3GS

It appears there is even limited availability on the new phones.

You must have a time machine because that was two years ago for most of us...and no, I didn't stand in line but I did eventually get one of those (now belongs to the wife).
