HQ YouTube Content issues

For some reason that I cannot find documented anywhere, I cant seem to access premium HQ and HD youtube content on either an Apple TV or an iPhone.. I can sorta see why it might not be available on the handheld, but the Apple TV is all about HD content...

Comments? Work arounds? (That dont involve Boxee or otherwise hacking the AppleTV)

Can you provide a link where content comes up on your computer but not with the AppleTV?
