Would a wireless headset like this be compatible with a wireless router?

Somebody's askin' me, and I have no experience with this or other Skype accessories. She's using a regular Buffalo 802.11g router, a W-125 I think although most of the time her MacBook stays tethered via Ethernet.

[clarification]
By "compatible" I mean would the wireless between the dongle and the headset cause WiFi interference ala microwave ovens and old 2.4Ghz cordless phones.

I think the wireless headset communicates with the computer, not the router. The router deals with the ethernet function, not sound. Sound is part of the ethernet signal, which is combined or separated in the Mac.

Wireless headphones use bluetooth or an equivalent. She needs to find out the requirements (read the package/instructions) and see if her Mac will handle it. I don't know if all MacBooks do bluetooth.

Those apparently are not BT cans.

It looks like they come with a USB wireless dongle that plugs into a computer.
