I got all of the ones listed here but one, I passed on the Bulgarian one after listening to samples. The Romanian one was iffy, but I downloaded it. All the other ones I immediately liked. What is it with Bulgarian music that makes it less appealing? (to my ear) the Middle Eastern and Turkish stuff is a blast, Brazilian's always great, and the Putamayo album is wonderful. Thumbs up!

I've always found Italian pop music very accessible. Zucchero has some good stuff; he has collaborated with a lot of well known pros such as Eric Clapton.

Now German pop music is a different story. When they get those accordions going they just lose me.
