My 1st generation Nano is still my favorite music player.
The iPod Touch pretty much sucks as a music player IMHO. I keep waiting for someone to make an app that mimics the click wheel.

I don't carry a classic iPod anymore -- pretty much everything is on my iPhone -- but I do miss it as an input method.
