Wait wait don't tell me (NPR)
#1
Anyone follow this show? I'm going to a taping tomorrow night (presumably to air Saturday)-- never heard it before (a friend organized it and it sounded interesting).
Checking it out on NPR now.
If you listen to it I can call out your name during applause or laughter.

My dream is to someday have Carl Kasell's voice on my home answering machine.

I Love this show! It's one of my two "must listen to" shows on Saturday mornings, the other being Car Talk.

I would love to see a live performance.

Envious in Spokane,

...

Yes. Great show. Listen to a podcast before you go. You'll understand.

Thanks for the shout out (try to get Carl to do it)

It's a very lively show and between depending on who the three panelist are the jokes can fly by so fast
that I have to replay sections of the podcast just to grab them all. There are always lots of "call back" quips
that reference earlier parts of the show and much of it is a bit subtle / dead pan, but very funny. Enjoy the show.

Will Carl leave a message on my Google Voice number? Who has an answering machine anymore?
