Question for Keynote gurus

When I do a complex build (bringing in one object at a time), I'd like to have the option for having all the objects disappear at once. How can I do this? If I select multiple objects and Build Out and Disappear, they leave one at a time, like they came in. But I want to have them all disappear at once. What am I missing?

I'd transition to a fresh slide. You can add any transition between slides. Copy any text from one slide to the other that you want to keep on the screen. Good luck.

Think of each object as actors entering and leaving a stage.

You have Build in, Build out and actions while on the stage.

What you want to do is have the build out option for each "actor" Start Build option "Automatically with" instead of Automatically after the previous action.
