Best LED / IPS monitor under $200

Looking for a monitor to attach to my CD MacBook and to a new MacBook pro later this year for recording purposes. Thinking 23 or 24". IPS would be nice as would LED. Any screaming deals out there?

What panel in the LG? The viewing angle makes me think some sort of vertical alignment (PVA/MVA).
