how do you download podcasts to iPod Touch via WiFi?

is there a way to download podcasts via WiFi to an iPod Touch? I looked a few days ago but I didn't see this option... maybe I missed it.

Now even better, is there a way to automatically download new podcasts at 7 AM for example, so I could listed during breakfast and on the short commute to work?

Go to iTunes and find the podcast.
It will give you a list of downloadable episodes.

There is no way I know of to subscribe, however.

After you listen to a podcast it will offer you a chance to get more episodes via wifi on the Touch. I do this often.
