[TV] Burn Notice
#1
So the wife and I stumbled upon Burn Notice on Netflix (I think someone recommended it to us.) We had never seen it until a few months ago. We stopped watching most every other show while we watched all the seasons Netflix has. We really like it. Going back to other shows (eg NCIS) has been a hard transition as they're rather slow, contain a lot of blabbering, and there really isn't much thought put into them (comparatively).

Now we're trying to track down the latest season. We don't have expanded cable so we don't get USA. Anyone know of a good source to get the latest season? Looking for something legit - don't want to own it (I only watch shows once.)

And while I'm at it, who else here likes the show?

You do have to check some reality at the door, FWIW.

It's silly fun.

It is a fun show... sort of 'A Team' meets 'Covert Affairs'. Stylish and fun. Nice to see The Chinned One (Bruce Campbell) and Chris Cagney (Sharon Gless) with fun supporting roles as well.

I really like it but had some problems with Fiona's accent in the first two seasons. I need to catch up on the current season also.

The accent was funny. And when she said somepin bout mike mcbride. My FIL had a heart palpitation because he loves fiona and she said his name. LOL Gotta extract that part and email it to him.

Started watching Burn Notice when it first came out because the lead graduated from here. Kept watching because it was fun. I have it on my EyeTV recording list, still have most of the last couple seasons still on my drive. Got a small drive you can send cross country?

Only other source I know of is checking your local listings. The series is in syndication, one Fox affiliate and an independent station in my area carry it. Currently the show is between seasons, the last new episode aired back in December. It is scheduled to return with a new season this Summer.

I haven't seen the latest season, that's the one I'm looking for. I hear you about Fi's accent, it seemed to go away. Plus it looks like she had some work done?
