I have a couple patients who have them and swear by them. One enjoys telling people that he goes downstairs every night to hang himself. Wink I've never used one myself and the medical data is mixed.

Helps the back temporarily (half hour plus) but does not have cumulative or long term results, at least for us. Be sure you don't have glaucoma before using, and try to get a model that allows you to 'swing' from upright to partially inverted to upside down rather than just invert.

For years I have sought a model who would allow me to do this to her. Sounds like great fun but so far no luck.

Try before you buy.

It makes me horribly noxious, but my son loves it.
