You make it sound like off shore investments are bad. It's legal whether you approve or not. Just another left wing journalistic distraction. Move on.

Anything legal cannot be bad.
Sequester cuts are legal.
Therefore, sequester cuts cannot be bad.

Evasion implies illegality. This is avoidance, possibly.

Only in Cyprus is capital taxed. Identifying capital as if it was income is disingenuous at best. A deliberate lie at worst .

I believe the sequester is not cutting but not letting depts (govmt spending) GROW. Interesting how the Administration after all their talk of Armageddon has found money to use in depts...and parties....and vacations...and disguised political trips just about anything they wanted.
