Grilled marinated chicken breast from last Saturday. It's been in the 'fridge since then, but I forgot about it. Okay to use it today to make chicken salad or should I just toss it?
Is this okay to eat?

Kinda on the edge there... IMHO..
Originally, did you buy it frozen or fresh? Was it defrosted in the fridge, or at room temp? How long was it at room temp before cooking? After cooking? I'd probably go ahead and use it today... but not by tuesday.

I thought you may have been asking about eating wurm!
The chicken is probable ok but I would skip it, you won't enjoy it most likely because your worried about it.

Thanks for the reply, Paul. I was hoping you'd chime in. History is unknown, as my daughter brought it home from a cookout. Not worth the risk. It' going bye bye. Thanks.

Unknown history? Sitting outside after a cookout? Yeah, toss it. My cats don't eat people food but my dog did.
