Yesterday an email from SMUD, my electrical provider, ended up in my spam mail box.
I've also recently had emails that a five year old could have identified as actual spam end up in my inbox.
Are any other Fastmail users having problems like this?

Free,
No. Then again, I've customized my SPAM settings. The Fastmail SPAM system also requires training via your efforts to better identify and filter spam. Maybe you need to do the same.

I have similar issues with FM, but it's sporadic. Odd.

Increasing problems with FM. It seems (and this is my uneducated guess) that they periodically tighten the filters and my rules aren't adhered to properly.
For example, I had a conversation going with a customer about an order. For some reason, the LAST email in the conversation went to SPAM but everything else prior to that went through. I was waiting to hear from her and she from me. She called and I then found the last email.
The sender was the same, the subject line was the same, the signature image was the same as the previous messages that went through fine. The text in the body of the message read, "Proof approved." Nothing different from the previous 10 emails other than the words, "Proof approved."
Very frustrating as I use this for my business account.

PS: I just found a reply to an email that I ORIGINATED in the SPAM folder. Ugh.
