Sorry but no Downton Abbey from me this year
#1
I have had a few enquiries as to whether I would be repeating my Downton Abbey delivery service this year, sorry but I will not. It seemed like a good idea at the time but it turned into a bit of a nightmare with DropBox bandwidth problems, people asking for back episodes after they had been deleted to make space, problems with recording, editing and avi conversions and that I had to do all this every week for nine weeks including the Christmas Special.

I don't even watch the thing myself anyway!

Hopefully you can all wait, download from torrents that will be available very soon after broadcast or go to a streaming site to watch live.

Good luck

Paul

I'll sue! :cursin:

(sorry, but this is common practice in the U.S. when something doesn't go the way we wanted it to).

I certainly understand from whence you come . . . thank you for your previous efforts, but you should at least take one hour to understand what you "might" be missing.

Alas, poverty prevents me from partaking [ $79/yr versus free at the public library ].......
