Before I clicked and read the link it took me a minute to figure it out. Then i was wrong, anyway. I thought it was "1 LOVE". Apparently not. States it's a 1 and a 0 representing the binary code. Or is it both? "1 L0VE"?

The work, which was selected in a contest with over 10,000 entries, incorporates a bust of Jobs' head mounted on a pillar.

I find it hard to believe that of 10,000 entries, this was the best design. It seems very amateurish to me.

I'm underwhelmed. The concept overall seems kind of pedestrian. The bust and binary 1 and zero for a computer icon are too on the nose, and the two Cyrillic letters seem needlessly opaque considering the final audience. It tries too hard on one hand and not hard enough on the other.

Has it been confirmed that this is legit and not some hoax or prank?
