We had such a lovely day, went to a friends family picnic, ate great food and took a wonderful walk in the woods.
The poppies are blooming
I made deviled eggs

I made deviled eggs
The woods were cool and enticing
We found the hugest, most beautiful fallen tree
It was so old, it had it's own plant colony
And a burl with a face
Lots of old lumbering equipment
A LOT of poison oak . . .
And one picture of me and my Hunny Bunny
Hope somebody made it this far!

What a good looking couple! It's great to see what forum friends look like.
I love those woods. We don't have that kind of nature, here in Dana Point. Plenty of ocean, though.

Very nice! How did you color the eggs for the first picture of deviled eggs? And very cute of the second batch!
Great day! ! ! !

WHiP, to color the eggs, just hard boil, peel and split, remove the yolk, then put the whites in either food coloring or Easter egg dye. Easy peasy.
And thanks everyone, we had a lovely day.
