My ideal calendar app:
Syncs up between multiple computers and iPhones
Can use via web, without having to have it installed on the computer/phone I'm using.
Allows multiple calendars (home, work)
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

google calendar fits all your requirements. on the iPhone i sync it with Calengoo and Readdles Calendar 5. Calengoo was my go to iPhone calendar for a number of years but it started getting buggy so i grabbed a freebie offer on calendar 5. now i use both. btw, google calendar is also synced with iCal but i have never liked apples calendar app.

What's wrong with Apple's Calendar? Syncs with my two Macs and my iPhone.

Google calendar and let it sync with your apple calendar.

Works fine, IF you use iCloud to let it sync, and have all the same version of OSX/iOS on your devices. If not, it becomes a nightmare.
Google Calendar, using iCal as the "end-user-App", and syncing among almost 80 devices, plus web calendar on any device, has been flawless.

My iMac is running 10.8.5; my MBP 10.9.5. iPhone5 is on 8.3. No Calendar differences that I can see.

Glad it's working for you (said non-sarcastically)... that has not been my experience.
Google Calendar smoothed everything out immediately, and so far we've seen no need to try Apple's solution again.
