A new version of Java is available for me, It says.
Java 8 Update 45 is now available, you have Java 8 Update 31
Is this ok, I assume it is

I'm sure 20 minutes after you update, an even newer version of Java will be available.
Be warned, the PARCC test is not compatible with Java 8 update 45! (Shouldn't impact you unless you're K-12 in select states...)
