missing my custom icons in Safari

tossed prefs and that didn't revive them.
any ideas?

This is a long standing problem with safari, the cache that holds those files gets corrupted easily and slows safari down. You can clear the icon cache with an app like OnyX and it should rebuild each icon when you browse that web page again. I opted to turn off the cache with a freeware app that I downloaded at versiontracker.
