How do I get music off my friend's iPhone and transfer it to her Android?

I've been googling and trying everything I can but nothing's working so I must be doing something wrong. There are apps that transfer but they are $50. There must be an easier way to download it to my computer and then transfer it to her Android. Any help?

I guess I don't understand the question.

Why not use the same method that got the music on the iPhone to put the music onto an Android phone?

She bought the music from iTunes on her phone. She doesn't have a computer. I need to download the music from her iPhone to my computer and then use an Android transfer app to drag and drop the files on to her Android. I’m having trouble transferring her music that is still on her iPhone to my computer.

It worked just fine. There were about 6 songs out of the 125 she had that couldn’t be transferred but other than that it worked great! Thanks!
