New Yorker lampoons 'Sean Penn: Reporter' in cartoons

In addition to the larger ones, The New Yorker asks one artist every week to provide small cartoons scattered around the text pages for composition purposes. I've compiled some from the latest issue.



I especially like Spicoli as a cameraman.

I always think of the line, "having some food and learning about history" when I think of Penn.

And I always think of him in the sinking small boat in New Orleans. At least he was trying to do something.

I'd find this funnier if I didn't think that most reporters these days are no better at the craft than Penn.
