Your link isn't working for me but...the PS3 came out 10 years ago so it's not exactly new tech. Those starter packs are traditionally sold cheap to get you hooked. Plus Infinity 2.0 is the OLD version. They are on version 3.0 now I think.
With that said, if you need a cheap bluray player and also might play some games...
I still use my PS3 to watch blurays and my daughter uses the hell out of it playing Infinity and Skylanders.

When used PS3 models are about $100 at GameStop, yeah, this is a decent price. If you are lucky, you might get $10 for the game and stuff. Each, the system and game, is individually packaged inside of a larger PS3 Disney Infinity box. FYI, you would be best served budgeting for the drive bracket and popping in a spare 2.5" sata drive.

Thanks for the input y'all. I wasn't sure how hot the deal was myself. Although I will say the system by itself normally goes for $200. I bought my PS3 brand new a few years back for $100. Haven't had the need for a hard drive as we've only used it as a Bluray player and to stream Netflix/Amazon Video (to this day we've not played a single game).
