YMMV.

In the SF bay area, neither the station that used to be the WB or the station that used to be UPN has these shows on this weekend.

Warner Brothers and CBS = CW?

CW doesn't have a good ring to it.

They should have called it WC.
That has a comfortable, familiar feel to it.
I can easily picture myself spending lots of time with The WC while browsing the TV Guide.

CBS owned UPN. At least, that's what the Wiki told me when I puzzled over what CW stood for.

You can imagine them sitting around brainstorming about what to name UPN + WB.

"UW?"
"Nah. Sounds like what somone would say just prior to throwing up."

"How about WU?"
"As in WU-hoo! It's the PARTY channel! I like it. Let's run it up the flagpole and see who wu-hoots."

One of the local stations around Washington D.C. is Howard University Television with the call sign WHUT. Since they are a public broadcaster, one of their major contributors is Howard University Hospital (HUH). I always thought they made a great pair and reminded me of a person who is hard of hearing. HUH? WHUT?

I giggle a little bit inside every time I see the HUH promos on the channel.

CBS owned them really?

interesting. . .first thing they did was revive "7th Heaven" (it was already cancelled). . .apparently, it was there highest rated series and something like one of the longest something. .. so after it was axed. . .it is back. . .

supposed this is whay "Aquaman" is dead. ..I think it was supposed to be mid-season maybe but when they bought 7th back. ..it was shelved. ..

@ least this is what I remember reading. . course I could be wrong. ..
