What the heck? Only 5 responses for Fit Club? Aren't a bunch of you playing Pokemon Go?

No need to disclose the game or not but at least post the amount of walking you got in. Exercise is exercise.

The humidity here last week was brutal at times.

For exercise, maybe too hot. From what I have observed for Pokemon Go, there is no such thing as too hot.

I haven't been as diligent with my walking and rowing the last few weeks as I should. It's hot here, and humid in my house which seems to drain me faster. But I'm still trying. I've also been very busy for work and I am just not good about breaking away from my desk for an hour or so to work out. That has to change. I did walk three miles the other day, but that needs to be more like five.

On the upside, I've lost 45 pounds since May 2015 and I believe that will become 50 pounds before too long.

That counts as exercise as well.

My excuse is work and twins. 3 months old. The one friday I get off a month is taken up by running errands and keeping the house hold going.

Does doing stairs at 3AM with a 12 pound weight count as exercise? Technically, I would think those are sprints...

I am getting back into exercise. The 10 pound weight restriction is off. My weight is steady. No decrease in the last month.

Hell no, I'm not playing. Would rather stalk real chipmunks...and of course, walk.
