Unorganized protests can very easily turn into mobs where the collective mentality tends to gravitate toward the most militant participants.
I don't know much of anything about race relations in Milwaukee, but it's hard not to think that there probably is some long and deep problems and the degree of violence probably reflects some pernicious history.

This morning Faux and Fiends showed fires in Milwaukee. Of course, there was no rioting last night, no fires but they gave that aspect very little comment. I'll wait for the video but if the guy was armed and running away from the cops, then that would be a good shoot according to the SCOTUS.

Baltimore cops are essentially racist across the board, including the black cops. It's a weird and sad but very true thing.
