.....The CW on Thursday unveiled its fall 2018 schedule and offered first looks at its new shows, including the highly anticipated Charmed reboot and the Greg Berlanti-EP’d All American.

Sneak peeks of other shows, including The Originals spinoff Legacies, and midseason entries Roswell, New Mexico and In the Dark, have not yet been released.

The trailer looks promising.

Charmed was one of my guilty pleasures. This reboot looks like it plays sufficient homage to the original, but (hopefully) provides enough differences and creative twists to avoid deja vu.

Perhaps I'm too easy. I enjoyed the Lost in Space reboot (was I alone?).

I'll give charmed a few episodes before deciding.

Wait... didn't you just post this down the page a bit?

I'll give both Charmed and Roswell reboots a try... but I don't have high hopes. Most reboots are, well, uninspired. There are notable exceptions, though, so I'll try.

I've learned to drop expectations of reboots, until actually seeing them.

They're basically the TV equivalent of the second sequel on the big screen.

I am enjoying S.W.A.T. a lot, and Five-0 to a lesser degree, but more than the original. That bar was pretty low.
