Disable JavaScript in your browser pref's.

If the page that wants you ro get a "Flash" update won't go away, and you have he current version downloaded directly from Adobe, then it is definitely pulling up a link to a malware site. These usually are controlled by Javascript, disabling that will let you get off the page.

Get "Kill Sticky".

I take the view that any and every Flash update notification is malware baiting me.
I've no Flash in my Macs except for FireFox. Kill Sticky is in the Favorites bar. It gets used all the time, mainly to kill the various headers on sites that keep moving up and down, obscuring the webpage and annoying as well. You're probably already aware something is haunting the DFP site or it's an ad they're hosting that's Flashing you. Also, when I KS some sites to get rid of annoying bits (Sales Chat windows, share panels) it sometimes kills navigation of the site.

I was not aware folks still used Flash. Seriously, I haven't had it installed for over
four years. Didn't HTML5 eliminate the need for it? :oldfogey: |
