I worked out once. I had the intent to jog a few miles and didn't. Way too much sugar and indulgent food. Darn you holidays!

Missed my M/T workout getting ready for tonight's party. Back hard at it after the holiday.

Had my first two bike rides in seven months after my back injury, surgery and recuperation. It felt great and I'm feeling almost back to normal. (tu)

I've been walking at the Cabrillo Marina in San Pedro. Lots of boats still lighted up since the Christmas boat parade. Went to the 22nd St Landing and back. Think I will continue to stay retired from rugby.

No planned or organized exercise but at least my food intake has been moderate. I hope to get back to exercising next week. Now to replace the battery in my scale...
