Finally back on track. Moderate carb and sugar intake and 3 upper body workouts and a 2 mile walk. Hope to do more walking soon.

I have been AWOL due to COVID.

But started getting some semblance of my normal life back last month, have lost about half of the 15 S@H lbs I gained since last year.

Hope to continue this progress while adding back activity as the weather gets above zero outside!

I've concluded that the gym is a reasonably safe place to be. Now, to get the motivation to travel the few miles there.

Keeping up with my pushups, 2,230 for the year.

Throwing in other free weight exercises as I feel the urge to do so.

No lack of sugar over the weekend.

I also am 15 pounds over my goal weight, but with slightly better weather and later sunsets, my wife and I are resuming my after work 3 1/2 mile walk loop. On bad weather days like today, my walk is replaced by shoveling.

I am slowly getting back into exercise habits after a long bout of inactivity. Nice to see a bunch of you are doing well.

Up one pound over my arbitrarily set ideal weight.

Missed a video session with the trainer, but got back this past Friday. Could tell I missed a week!

Been pushing some light snow and chopping a quarter inch of ice off the sidwalks which does provide some cardio.

It is 19 steps from the first floor to the second floor (one staircase, the other is 17 steps) so it is not hard getting step counts with just a few trips a day. Add to that 8 steps to the basement which also has a few trips a day.
