No, some exec immediately calls them screaming because their internet stock ticker stopped working.

At our company they did an audit of bandwidth, and the top 10 users were execs running stock tickers and had their brockerage accounts open 24/7 automatically updating and recalculating. (#7 was the head of IT, and was surfing pRON as well)
